BellBloc is an advanced PET (polyester) fabric liner, using hydrophobic fabric to protect the foam insert from exterior contaminants.

The water-repellent cushion liner acts as a barrier against oil, stains, mold, and mildew. Lightweight and breathable, it features minimal strength loss to heat and UV rays. It offers 25-40% improved moisture repellency over industry competitors.

Specially developed to reduce the loss of foam compression, BellBloc extends the life of the fabricated piece. Common applications include cushions, seat backs, furniture, and pillows for outdoor, commercial, and residential markets. The liner can be sewn or attached with sonic bonding. It also works well for patterning.

For projects requiring more structure & stiffness, consider BellBloc 68. For projects prioritizing comfort & flexibility, consider BellBloc 100 that features a softer touch. Suitable with woven or vinyl material. Minimum order of 10 yards. Made in the USA.
